ADigital TV will give you excellent picture quality, multi audio and subtitle selections, weekly TV schedules and information about TV programmes. In addition, with our STB and your USB storage device, you can record your favourite TV programmes as well as pause live TV and continue watching again without missing any part of your show.
The current analogue TV broadcast will also no longer be available after Singapore has completed it's migration to Digital TV.

AYes, you can as long as the projector has either RCA A/V inputs or a HDMI input. For HDMI, HDCP must be supported by the projector.
AThis is likely due to the different audio levels between the HDMI, A/V and TV inputs of your TV. We recommend adjusting the audio level on the STB to 28 or higher and no worries, you will still enjoy the superior audio quality from the digital TV broadcast even when setting to a higher audio level on the STB.
AOur STB is very power efficient consuming only 5 Watts while watching TV and 0.6 Watts when in standby mode.
AYes, you can. The STB will not intefere with your existing Singtel TV or SCV setup and you can enjoy watching and recording Mediacorp Digital TV Channels in HD without monthly subscription fees in your other room.
ANo, you do not need to register to enjoy one year of warranty that comes with your purchase. But please keep your receipt as proof of purchase within the warranty period should any repair or replacement be needed. In case your receipt is printed on thermal paper, do make a copy on regular paper as the thermal receipt may fade out over time.
After the upgrade is completed, NMS ETA Stereo STB will perform the upgrade and restart automatically.

1. Download KonkaFirmware.zip by clicking on Download.
2. Unzip the file and copy program.bin to a thumbdrive.
3. Connect the thumbdrive to your Set-top Box and select the following menu on the remote control.
Menu → Extra → USB Control → USB Upgrade
4. When prompted for password, enter 0000.
5. After this, your Set-top Box will perform the upgrade and restart automatically.
Congratulations! Your Set-top Box is now upgraded with the latest firmware.
